There is no denial to the fact that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is really fond of Bollywood celebrities. He often meets Bollywood and TV stars now and then. Yesterday also, PM Modi and Bollywood celebs got together for a special initiative named ‘Change Within’ to mark 150 years of Mahatma Gandhi. The event was held at Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi and was attended by various celebs including Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Kangana Ranaut, Ekta Kapoor, Kapil Sharma.

In the event, PM Modi applauded the B-Town industry for popularizing the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi through movies and other mediums. He said, “Creativity has a powerful influence and it is really important to use this feeling of creativity in the country. Several people from the world of films and television have been doing great work when it comes to popularising the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi.”

Talking about the initiative Aamir said, “I want to appreciate PM for thinking about this effort. As creative people, there is much we can do. And, I assure the PM that we will do even more.”

Shah Rukh Khan while expressing his views on the initiative said, “I would like to thank PM Narendra Modi for bringing us all together, that too for a cause such as this. I feel we need to re-introduce Gandhi ji to India and the world.”

To mark this occasion, a special video was released featuring Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor. The video is directed by filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani.

The pictures of this grand event are getting viral on social media with B-Town celebrities clicking selfies with PM Modi. Various celebs have shared pictures from the ‘Change Within’ event on their official Instagram handles.
