According to the reports, Kamal will unveil his dad D Srinivasan’s statue in his hometown with his family and the villagers. His father was a lawyer by profession and also a freedom fighter.

Actor Prabhu, (Sivaji Ganesan’s son) is a very dear friend of Kamal Haasan and his family. He will also join them in Paramakudi to attend the statue unveiling ceremony. Kamal Haasan can be seen wearing a white kurta and dhoti in the newest picture from Paramakudi village.
Kamal and his family will come back to Chennai tomorrow on November 8 after unveiling the statue. He will also unveil the statue of his guru, legendary filmmaker K Balachander at his office in Eldams Road in Chennai. Afterward, Kamal will attend the screening of Hey Ram at Sathyam Cinemas. Later, he will attend a ‘Question and Answer’ session with the audience. On Friday, famous composer Ilaiyaraaja will confer a musical tribute to Kamal in Nehru Stadium. Kamal’s dear friend Rajinikanth will also take part in the celebrations. There are rumors that they have also given an invitation to actor Ajith.
